Nettle

Wonderful as a spring tonic. Nettle is rich in Vitamin C, sulfur, iron, protein and dietary fibre. Used to stimulate the circulation and as a blood cleanser. Traditionally used for conditions such as arthritis and lamimitis to increase circulation.
